I share the same frustrations as others. I ordered a jacket and upon receiving it, I was shocked. It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. I would never consider purchasing clothing of such poor quality again.
Avoid this company at all costs. It's unfortunate that I didn't check the reviews beforehand. Everything mentioned by others is accurate. Horrible customer service, poor quality products, all sourced from overseas, and an extreme hassle to return since items must go back to China. Absolutely dreadful, and the frustrating part is that these companies face no consequences for their fraudulent practices; this one is a complete scam.

When trying to reach a representative, we were often sent to an automated system. On the rare occasions we spoke to a person, we provided our full address, including floor and suite number, yet the item never arrived. I am considering reporting this company's questionable practices.

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful winter coat. After waiting a month, it arrived and was too small, made from the thinnest, cheapest material! Extremely disappointed! I'm now stuck in a back-and-forth for a return/refund. They initially offered 10% to keep it and avoid international shipping fees, which I didn't realize applied. Now they're at 20%. I demand a full refund. I can't believe they continue to operate like this!
Do not purchase from this company; the clothing quality is subpar, and returns are not as straightforward as stated. They negotiate refunds, and the best they offer is a partial 25%. To get a full refund, you must return the item to China at your own expense, which could exceed the item's value. This was not disclosed upfront.
I wish I had seen the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered what appeared to be a wool winter coat on sale, but it arrived in a small bag weeks later. The 'coat' was made from some thin material with a print of a wool jacket. It resembles a T-shirt more than a coat. Sale items are non-returnable, and if you do return, shipping to China starts at $25. There's no store in Brooklyn as suggested. Please avoid this company.
My wife saw an Instagram ad for a beautiful coat from this company. After looking them up, it appeared to be a legitimate American business with a shop in New York. I ordered the coat and received a tracking number that showed it was coming from China. If you're familiar with tracking services for overseas orders, you'll know it's from China. I have no idea when it will arrive or what the quality will be. Please research this company before ordering—I'm furious with myself for not doing so, as I usually do. I tried to cancel the order through my bank, but they informed me the billing is from overseas, and I can't get my money back until I receive the item. Based on past experiences, I expect poor quality and a nightmare return process. All my concerns are echoed in other reviews. STAY AWAY!
