I ordered what I thought was a beautiful winter coat. After waiting a month, it arrived and was too small, made from the thinnest, cheapest material! Extremely disappointed! I'm now stuck in a back-and-forth for a return/refund. They initially offered 10% to keep it and avoid international shipping fees, which I didn't realize applied. Now they're at 20%. I demand a full refund. I can't believe they continue to operate like this!
