This service is utterly unreliable. I never received the item my husband ordered on November 20, 2025. After multiple calls, the delivery team couldn't find his office. When trying to reach a representative, we were often sent to an automated system. On the rare occasions we spoke to a person, we provided our full address, including floor and suite number, yet the item never arrived. I am considering reporting this company's questionable practices.
