They sent the wrong sized bed not once, but twice. Then I wanted to return it because it's a low quality bed and does not provide appropriate support and leads to lower back pain. They said I was out of the trial period, but I thought it shouldn't start until I got the right sized bed and they reluctantly agreed to a return within 30 days. Then, you're supposed to donate the bed to a local charity and if you have trouble, to call them and they will help you find a donation site. I had trouble and called multiple times, but they would not call me back. Just after the 30 days, I finally found someone and sent proof of donation, but again they refused to call me back after multiple phone calls and multiple emails. Therefore, I could never get them to give me a refund. Bottom line, they will not stand behind their product and why should they as they know it's junk.
