The site was easy to use. Full description of the product. Transparent pricing. Another plus for me is the company lets you choose the firmness of your mattress. The company offered more cooling options in their mattress than the other companies I had considered buying from .
I am excited about this new mattress (Plank Firm Luxe) so if it’s good I will update my review, but finding information on the website was made fairly easy and it seemed to have good reviews for the things that were important to me. Excited to see if it lives up to the description.
According to the Plank Pillow website, their Premium Shredded Foam Pillow features “Adjustable Comfort. A simple zip and switch allows you to build your custom pillow on demand. We ship each pillow with a bit more filling, allowing you to create the ideal pillow loft that best suits your sleep position and preference.”-However, the zipper gets stuck when the bottom of the slider snags the loose filling that’s pressed against it. This jams the teeth and prevents any further opening or closing. I called Plank at 623-624-1222, the number listed on their contact page. The call was answered by Brooklyn Bedding using an interactive voice menu to process calls. I provided all the requested information - name, email address, phone number, and reason for return. The system said I would get a response within three days. They never did.
