Terrible experience! I ordered shoes in October and still haven't received them as of December 18th. I have contacted the company multiple times, and they keep assuring me my product is on the way. I've requested a refund several times, but my requests have been ignored, and I'm only given a tracking number that states it is 'in transit.' This company is a complete scam; I can't even review the actual item, only the awful customer service.
