I am a mid-30's professional and I almost exclusively wear non-iron type shirt to work, so you would think Brooks Brothers would be a main stay in my closet. Wrong. They might be ok when shopping in person, but they are the bottom of the barrel when its comes to online shopping (which as a millennial, online makes up ~ 90% of my shopping). First, the pictures online rarely match the product you actually receive. Second, they have cancelled my orders before because they sold me a product they actually didn't have in stock. Third, they make you pay return shipping even if the product doesn't match what is pictured online. If you're online shopping, do yourself a favor and go to a retailer that actually gets online ordering and returns. CTshirts is one of my favorites and are head and shoulders above the likes of Brooks Brothers.
