Brooks Brothers used to represent service. My husband wanted to buy 3-4 dress shirts and trousers at this Tyson Corner location, but the young salesman in a polo could not be bothered, while two older salesmen in jackets/ties serviced one other customer and messed with a cash register. The store wasn't crowded. We looked and waited for 10 minutes and finally left. End of a long tradition, so disappointed.
