I don’t even know where to start with the mess that is the service. I placed a pre-Christmas order around December 8th last year. The courier failed to deliver the item, even though I was notified it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the locker was empty. Since then, I’ve been emailing and calling to get a refund, but without success. I have confirmation that the courier returned the item. However, for reasons only known to the company, they are still holding onto my money and refusing to process a refund. I’m exhausted from emailing and calling. I just want my funds back with interest, please!
