I have been wearing Brooks for many years from the years of marathons and feature runs to my suburban circuits and trails I tend to do these days. No lower leg issues while wearing them. However recently I had an issue with a new pair of runners - a defect. Brooks took a look at the issue via images and replaced these with a new pair. Thats real class!

I had a really great experience with Camilla from Brooks’ customer support team. She was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve an issue with my item. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly.

What really stood out was her patience and kindness throughout the whole process. She took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel genuinely looked after rather than just another ticket to close. It’s rare to receive customer service at this level, and it made a potentially frustrating situation completely stress-free.

Camilla is a real credit to Brooks — thank you again for the outstanding support!

Frustration with the Service

I don’t even know where to start with the mess that is the service. I placed a pre-Christmas order around December 8th last year. The courier failed to deliver the item, even though I was notified it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the locker was empty. Since then, I’ve been emailing and calling to get a refund, but without success. I have confirmation that the courier returned the item. However, for reasons only known to the company, they are still holding onto my money and refusing to process a refund. I’m exhausted from emailing and calling. I just want my funds back with interest, please!

I absolutely adore my shoes! I wear them everywhere, and they provide incredible support for my feet and overall stability. I always keep a minimum of 4-5 pairs on hand. I'm also very pleased with the customer service. Thank you for your assistance; you are an outstanding representative!

Fantastic! I'm thrilled with my new black Ghost max 3. I usually wear EUR size 45-46 and ordered sizes 4.5 and 4.6. I decided to keep the 46, and they fit perfectly and feel great. Delivery was impressive—ordered on Saturday and received them by Tuesday, right on schedule. Overall, a wonderful experience with these shoes; they're incredibly comfortable for both running and walking. I highly recommend this brand! 👌

Deceptive practices regarding returns

Initially, I was told I could return the shoes without any hassle. Now, I'm left with two pairs of shoes that cause discomfort after jogging, and they lack sufficient cushioning even for walking. I wanted to exchange them for something more cushioned, but after reaching out again through the same chat where I was promised a return guarantee, my messages went unanswered on various platforms. This company has proven to be unreliable and misleading. After almost a decade of using their products, I will not be returning.

Great shoes, but packaging needs work.

The shoes are fantastic, but the packaging is some of the worst I've encountered. My shoebox was placed in an oversized box meant for four pairs, with only a small roll of air-filled plastic. The shoebox shifted a lot, was open, and one shoe was loose. This is wasteful and quite impractical.

Fantastic shoes and service

I purchased some running shoes a couple of weeks ago, but they weren't comfortable for my feet as I chose the wrong type. I contacted the company, and they quickly provided me with a more suitable pair. I'm very pleased and had no trouble at all. This company has been great for me over the years, and I plan to continue my patronage.
