The biggest mistake I made was purchasing this printer. I've had it for just over a year, and it has caused numerous issues, including a long connection process that only lasted two months. Now it's completely nonfunctional. I reached out to support, but they were unhelpful and claimed I don't have an account with them, which is absurd given the effort it took to set one up. I'd be better off sending messages via carrier pigeon than relying on this service.
