I spent £310 on this printer, which broke within a year due to a paper jam and overheating. The engineer claims my warranty is void because I used non-original ink, which is ridiculous. If overheating was caused by a paper jam, it shouldn't be related to ink. The staff were rude and unconcerned, and as a business, we need a reliable printer daily.
