Worst company ever, I ve had my printer 14months,I’ve printed 270 pages in all. It now refuses to print anything. I have been on to customer services, and they have put me on to customer support where you load down an app, and type messages to each other. Surely a machine shouldn’t break down after only printing 270 pages,that’s 20pages per month, I am now suppose to take it to be repaired at my own expense. Well that’s the first and last time I will ever buy a Brother which is an expensive machine, It canon all the way £50, lasted for years
