Product arrived damage - no response from customer service

Product arrived with a hole in it, given the item was €80 I would definitely expect better quality. I contacted customer service three days and have received no response, not looking like I’ll have a replacement before Christmas at this stage. Also faced issues with shipping even thought it was €20. Overall not a good experience given the price point
