Items are great, but service lacks

I really like the items I received. I emailed a question about a return and have sent several follow-ups over two weeks without any response. The return deadline is in three days, and I now feel I will have to return all items as my inquiry has gone unanswered.

Hoodie order delays

I ordered a hoodie on November 28th. It has now been ten working days, and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. I understand that the holiday season is busy, but considering it's well past ten working days, I'm becoming concerned about receiving it in time for the holidays. I messaged on social media and received a response, but it was not very helpful. I just expect a bit more and better responses.
