After three years as a customer and spending a lot as a homebrewer, I was always satisfied with my orders. Unfortunately, recent experiences have shown issues with product quality and customer service. One piece of advice: steer clear of purees. I've had to discard them three times. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service, which is quite frustrating, especially when preparing for a competition and needing a reliable supplier.
