The delivery service provided a time and date for my package, and I waited for their arrival. After the scheduled time passed, I received an unclear message and the online tracking indicated the parcel was undeliverable and rescheduled. It was then sent to my local post office the next day, despite my request for home delivery. While this isn't the fault of the company, it would be wise to monitor such incidents. If they occur frequently, maybe the company should consider a different delivery service.
