When the renewal approached, I manually paid for another year via PayPal (Feb 25 to Feb 26). Despite this, their automatic renewal system still charged me again for the same period, resulting in double payment.I contacted the seller, who acknowledged the issue but kept delaying the refund with excuses. After a month of back-and-forth emails, nothing was resolved. To make things worse, I kept receiving unauthorized automatic charges for a service that was already paid for!I had no choice but to block the seller on PayPal, cancel auto-payments, and open disputes hoping PayPal would intervene. This is completely unacceptable business behavior!Deceptive Company Structure!BrownHost presents itself as an international company with dozens of employees, but in reality, it seems to be run by a single person. Even worse, the PayPal payment goes to an account registered to an individual in India, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and transparency.Additionally, the service is slow, and I noticed that some of their platforms contain nulled scripts—a major red flag!I strongly advise everyone to AVOID BrownHost at all costs. There are far more reliable hosting providers out there. Don't waste your time and money on a company that ignores refund requests and engages in shady billing practices.
