Service sucks. Keep charging after you cancel.

Service sucks, slow servers and no support. They will continue to charge you long after you've cancelled. Every month they say they will cancel and issue a refund but it never happens. Stay away from this service!

Avoid BrownHost – Unreliable service and fraudulent billing practices!

I had a terrible experience with BrownHost. I initially purchased a one-year hosting plan through an eBay listing. When the renewal approached, I manually paid for another year via PayPal (Feb 25 to Feb 26). Despite this, their automatic renewal system still charged me again for the same period, resulting in double payment.I contacted the seller, who acknowledged the issue but kept delaying the refund with excuses. After a month of back-and-forth emails, nothing was resolved. To make things worse, I kept receiving unauthorized automatic charges for a service that was already paid for!I had no choice but to block the seller on PayPal, cancel auto-payments, and open disputes hoping PayPal would intervene. This is completely unacceptable business behavior!Deceptive Company Structure!BrownHost presents itself as an international company with dozens of employees, but in reality, it seems to be run by a single person. Even worse, the PayPal payment goes to an account registered to an individual in India, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and transparency.Additionally, the service is slow, and I noticed that some of their platforms contain nulled scripts—a major red flag!I strongly advise everyone to AVOID BrownHost at all costs. There are far more reliable hosting providers out there. Don't waste your time and money on a company that ignores refund requests and engages in shady billing practices.

Beware Purchased one of their plans

Purchased one of their plans on their website as instructed thru ebay message. Site took quite some time to get set up. Had nothing but issues from the beginning. took several days to get the free WHMCS. Began using finally and experience several issues and have received no response fro support tickets. Takes days to get an answer and most go unanswered. Was able to get refund thru Pay Pal and once I did I finally receive a response to one of my tickets however their beigest concern was for me to cancel my paypal complaint. I instructed them I would allow a rebill in 30 days if they would get the services purchased working. Days later services were still not working and tickets still went un-answered. soon after my services were suspended for no payment. The support continually goes unanswered. Chalking this one up to be a BIG SCAM!!! Beware and do not use them. Fortunately was able to get my refund thru paypal. As for the C-panel and WHM they are nulled license's along with the free WHMCS.

1. They use the Nulled cPanel/WHM.I tried to verify the ip they provided on the official cPanel page, but it shows that the valid license is not registered on their ips.2. They also provide Nulled WHMCS.Don't be fooled by the fact that Reseller Hosting has a free WHMCS. What they offered me was a nulled WHMCS.3. It takes a very long time to get support.They don't check Live Chat very well, and Ticket hasn't replied in more than five days.4. They are completely different from what they specify on the homepage and what they specify in the terms and conditions.They promote the 30 day money back grant on their website, but the terms and conditions indicate that they never actually provide a refund.5. Malware is still installed on their main homepage.I told them several times that there seems to be Malware on the homepage, but it seems that they are intentionally neglecting Malware installed on the homepage.Still, when I try to access the website, it redirects to a weird website.If you plan to use this hosting, please think carefully. There could be a difference between what they say and what they actually get offered.
