It takes a very long time to get support.They don't check Live Chat very well, and Ticket hasn't replied in more than five days.4. They are completely different from what they specify on the homepage and what they specify in the terms and conditions.They promote the 30 day money back grant on their website, but the terms and conditions indicate that they never actually provide a refund.5. Malware is still installed on their main homepage.I told them several times that there seems to be Malware on the homepage, but it seems that they are intentionally neglecting Malware installed on the homepage.Still, when I try to access the website, it redirects to a weird website.If you plan to use this hosting, please think carefully. There could be a difference between what they say and what they actually get offered.
