I am exceptionally disappointed with the service provided by this organization! I attempted to reserve a vehicle on a Friday for viewing the following Monday and was initially told I needed to pay a small deposit. This deposit then increased to £1k during our conversation due to the truck's popularity. I accepted the request for an email confirmation of the deposit details before making the payment, which I thought was reasonable given the pressure to pay upfront without viewing. This was arranged, but I never received the email as promised. After emailing her, I was told they respond 24/7, yet I received no response during office hours. I later got an email stating the truck had been sold, without even a courtesy call. Poor customer service, pressure sales tactics, and unethical conduct. I intended to purchase two vehicles for my business and had made travel arrangements. Avoid at all costs! Really let down by unprofessional individuals.
