Bought a 2012 bmw in black , and had it delivered to me . There are scratches on every single panel of the car , and the leather drivers seat is ripped . It is a low mileage car, but has seen some serious use ! I phoned to speak to the owner who was rude on the phone, said its a 12 year old car so will have scratches and rips , and I had seen photos . When I said the photos showed none of the damege he hung up on me !! Very poor service and the damage carefully disguised in the pictures . I would not buy a car from here unless you see it in the flesh . Staying up in the Shetland Islands I have bought many cars unseen and this is only the second time I have been caught out . Most dealers are honest and give a true description of any damage . Oh and the alloy wheels look like they have met many a kerb ! The car was not cheap , and I would not have expected it to be this rough .
