A very disappointing experience at…

A very disappointing experience at Brown’s Restaurant Bath. We booked a table for the late afternoon (of2027326) for a family of 4. We arrived and were seated early, which we grateful for as it was very cold and busy outside. Unfortunately, the area where we were sat was freezing cold. We asked the waitress why it was so cold but she did not know. Other diner’s also mentioned the cold, but nothing was said or done about it. I had to eat my meal whilst wearing my coat and scarf, my wife had her scarf pulled around her, it was not a pleasant experience, and we were all too cold to order desserts of another drink.At the end of the meal, we were asked if everything had been to our satisfaction, and we again mentioned how cold that particular area of the restaurant was, but the gentleman clearing the table disagreed with us, claiming it was the warmest time he had ever experienced in the restaurant!My wife and daughter have visited Brown’s in Bath, on several previous occasions, including just before Christmas, and had never experienced anything quite like this. It ruined the meal and would not be inclined to return or recommend it to anyone else!
