The 5* is purely for the first engineer who installed everything in matt morley who went absolutely above and beyond trying to get me connected and get me internet access he chased up brsk for me to try and get it sorted and did everything he could, also a special mention to the engineers who came out the final time i didnt catch there names but they managed to sort the issue and get my internet up and running and were extremely helpful too, customer services however are scraping it to be given 1* over the 4 days without internet there lack of communication with both myself and the engineers is alot to be desired to be told to do hard resets, check cables are in and just passing everything back to everyone else they werent in the slightest bit helpful but again cannot fault the lads who installed and helped fix the issue
