Had my broadband installation done today by Lee L(fibre id 107). From start to finish it was a smooth operation. Very happy with the tidy/neat job the engineer did . I was up and running in no time unlike other providers. Iwould happily recommend 😊
Sorry in the late reply amy,I rung brsk the other day and spoke to a lovely lady called amy I called to pay my bill as I couldn't sign into my app account as I had changed my email amy from start to finish went through every step including me actually for the first time ever talking to amy on the phone while she's instructing myself to point in the right direction am a 63 year old woman that can sit on my social all day but to go any further than that its confusing but amy helped me every step of the way 12 out of 10 for that amy.also at the end of a very long phone conversation I actually ended up paying my on the app which I now have a lovely lady and she well deserves 100%credit for this review 😀 massive thank you amy keep doing what your doing your customer services and above and beyond thank you 😊
Liam M and Mark R were both very professional the work was carried out efficiently and effectively fitting the new broad band just waiting for the tv box and remote to be delivered
I had several emails between myself and Brsk's useless customer serice department. Their lack of knowledge, incorrect statements and poor response times cast a very bad light on your company.
However, Marc O'Keeffe visited my home today to analyse why my upload and download speeds were both poor and fluctuating wildly and he was fantastic.
Pleasant and polite from the start. Knowledgeable about the Brsk equipment install, superb diagnosis including the settings on my Laptop and left my system in a stable condition with upload and download speeds optimised.
Marc O'Keeffe is a credit to your business and I highly recommend him. Give that man a raise!
I had a problem with my internet speed which I thought was down to brsk after their maintenace schedule. This was not the case at all.
After a few email's between myself and Paul and his advice given the problem was resolved, and it was an oversight on my side, not brsk. Thanks Paul!

Great experience, all friendly, explained I had dead spots in my sons room, they asked if they could walk round the house and found the best position for the WiFi, explained any questions I had, I was also running 15 mins late and they waited for me, they could have shot off earlier on a Friday at 5pm! But they waited and installed the new router!

I was given great communication the day before my appointment to remind me of the time some one would fit my Internet up.chris lyon turned up on time and even called my mobile to double check I was still OK with the appointment ment. Chris lyon and Dan Vose installed my Internet,both inside and outside.very professional and explained everything that was happening.

Came at the time given, Clayton was very professional and explained what he was doing and left everything tidy with furniture back in place explained how to scan to set up so overall very impressed with the service
