I had a problem with my landline, it was a bit slow to begin with but then Andile.S got to work on the problem and didn't give in. He really persisted with the problem for me and finally got a result. I have to say his manner was excellent, always polite and apologetic with regards to my problem. Very satisfied with my dealings with BRSK.
