TODAY,Marc was amazing and so helpful. A true gent and a credit to Brsk.He corrected an incomplete attempt to install from a visit on Wednesday. Whether 1% or 99% efficient it was not 100% and therefore not good enough I’m sorry to say.I was left believing after an hour or so the gremlins would iron out any problems in the installation BUT, 6hours later I phoned complaints for help/ instructors.A very pleasant and polite lady tried to instruct me but at 76 I failed.Mark came today, Thursday, and added 1 cable for success. He worked above and beyond to give appreciated satisfaction.Thank you Mark.L D Troth.
