I had BRSK installed a few weeks ago, generally the network performance has been excellent, however the router has been restarting occasionally which results in a couple of mins downtime. I reported this to BRSK and today Sam has been out to fault find the issue. He has replaced the router. Sam was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
