It’s all about people. In this case it was Wayne from BRSK. I’d asked BRSK to instal WiFi extensions as my house is long with areas that don’t have an external wall. Wayne spent time checking all areas of the house having carefully checked that it was ok to go upstairs. He installed 2 extension devices and asked me if was using my landline. As it happens I’d bought a pair of new handsets that would be compatible with my new router. Because I’ve had a lot of health issues and hospital admissions I’d not set up the landline. Wayne offered to do it for me. What’s not to like 🤗. So now not only do I have much improved WiFi. I’ve also got my landline working as wellThanks so much Wayne and 🙌
