Flowing on from my phone call today. I wish to confirm the following information, the only thing showing today was my broadband, nothing for my phone and TV. I was quoted 52.00 for the bundle. I was not advised of the one-off fees for transferring my phone number and my TV over to you. Your sales team needs to mention this when trying to get people to transfer to you.
