I have given BRSK 1* only because you can’t give them 0*’s. I applied to join BRSK. Around start of September 2025. They accepted my order and provided install date of the 2nd of October 2025.I called them to change date to the 27/10/25, which was agreed for last appointment of day due to kids needing to be picked up. Come closer to the date , I called for update on install.Was told contractor had been cancelled, the agent couldn’t tell me so told me he would get the manager of contracts to ring me back and marked it as urgent( because closeness to install date).Still awaiting call back after numerous phone calls chasing it.Today spoke to agent around10:30, he couldn’t put me through to contacts, complaints and kindly informed me that they are not under Ofcom, ( who issues licences to telecom companies to run any communication in the uk.)This alone is worrying so asked if there is a parent company , just in case the licence is provided under them. But answer is No.My advice to all customers and anyone thinking about joining them, to be very cautious of joining them. The offers might look good, but if they can’t provide the orders taken, Nobody that knows what they are doing, my opinion by numerous calls been made.No way in speaking to the departments and most of all , NOT governed by OFCOM , who provide the licences for them to operate.This means that if you do have any problems in or out of their services there is Nowhere to turn.My mobile is 07378 315472.
