UPDATE so 4 days ago, I got the message how they were really sorry for the terrible service "on this occasion" and they wanted to correct it. I sent them my details as requested, immediately. I'VE HEARD NOTHING. My broadband is appalling 5 meters away from the router. I've changed my score from 2 to 1 star, shame there isn't a half star option.A salesman called at my home, promising wonderful broadband. I fell for it and got my new shiny router fitted last week. I'm paying for 1000. I am getting 300-400 in the room where the router is. I get 20-30 elsewhere. My Tether booster which worked fine with PlusNet does not recognise the BRSK router and the QR code on the BRSK router is not recognised. I'D SWAP BACK TO PLUSNET IN A HEARTBEAT BUT NOW I'M STUCK WITH BRSK. I've been texting the fitter but of course he doesn't reply and emailing BRSK. Apart from getting an automated response every time saying they are looking into it and a person ringing me ONCE on a very bad line and not trying again, I've heard nothing. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I'M SURPRISED BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY.
