Great service

After waking up to no internet I carried out the procedures from the BRSK app but this didn't resolve the problem. I then phoned customer service and spoke to Nosipho who was very helpful and extremely patient. After going through some checks it was clear we needed an engineer to visit. The issues was resolved very quickly after the engineer arrived. Great service but only 4 stars because customer service phone lines open at 8am.
