Impossible to get through to customer services, since the first day joining I have had problems with my speed to the point where the advisor just stopped replying to my emails. Now they offer my package for nearly half as much money. So not am I only getting slower speeds than expected with nobody to help me but now i’m paying nearly double for the same package.EDIT: I received a call from someone on the 25th October regarding my Trustpilot review and problems I have been experiencing. I told them I wasn’t home and to call back on the Monday when I would be home, which the agent agreed. However, it has now been a week and he has not returned the call to discuss my issues and Trustpilot review.
