The speeds are fine, but the service is worse than my previous provider. I switched to this company and have experienced several outages, yet the support team refused to discuss any compensation. Additionally, my current package is half-priced, and a better option is still cheaper than what I'm paying for my current plan. I feel quite misled, especially since I just joined this year. I would only suggest this provider to those with no other options for decent speed in the area. I doubt they will address this review, but I will provide an update if they do.
