The installation process went well, but unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect I've experienced so far. The signal strength throughout the house is weak compared to my previous provider, which had the router in the same location. I was informed that I could run this service alongside my existing contract, but the previous provider was instructed to terminate my service without my consent, resulting in an early termination fee. I've submitted several tickets regarding the poor signal and inconsistent Internet speeds, yet no one has responded. I've never encountered these issues with other providers and never had buffering problems, even with a 100mb plan from another provider, so I didn't expect to experience buffering at 900mb.
