I had my internet set up on the 9th, and everything went well. However, I'm still waiting for the upgraded TV box. There's been no communication or emails regarding the delay, which is disappointing. When I called the support team, they just offered a vague apology. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but I can't seem to get a proper representative. It's frustrating to see them still advertising the upgraded TV boxes that they don't have in stock!
