Through the ‘Welcome Email,’ I submitted a ‘Support Ticket.’ It would have been beneficial to receive more detailed confirmation beyond just “one of our team will contact you.” When? How? However, a representative called me a few hours later. She was incredibly helpful and patient. It took an hour to resolve the issue, but we succeeded in the end! Thank you for your assistance. It seems there is a need for improvements in the admin site’s interface on tablets, as it is not very clear at the moment. The representative was also discovering the differences in graphics between a tablet and a laptop!
