Ongoing issue with my internet service, which has persisted since August 2025.
Despite nine engineer visits to date, the problem of intermittent connectivity has not been resolved. For several months, the service has been unreliable, with no internet connection for large portions of the day on an almost daily basis. This has significantly impacted my ability to work from home.
Given the prolonged failure to provide a stable service, I have repeatedly requested to be released from my contract on the basis that Brsk has not fulfilled its contractual obligations. These requests were consistently declined, with no acceptance of responsibility for the ongoing service failure.
Three weeks ago, I was informed that the early termination fees would be waived. However, since then I have received no confirmation or follow-up, despite making multiple calls to your customer service team. At the same time, the service issues continue unresolved.
I find this situation completely unacceptable. Customer support has been limited to basic troubleshooting, which is clearly insufficient for a long-standing and unresolved fault of this nature.
I am requesting that my contract will be terminated without penalty, allowing me to seek a reliable internet service from an alternative provider.
