I had to ring twice today because I was unable to connect our Smart TV to the internet. The first guy told me various things to try (most of which I had already tried before ringing), then said there was no more he could do, and I should contact the manufacturers of the TV! I consulted the TV manual to ensure I had followed all the TV instructions. As I had, I phoned BRSK* again. This time my call was answered by JACQUALINE OTTO. As soon as I explained my issue, Jacqualine spotted that for some reason our ‘legacy 2.4ghz’ was turned off. She turned it on, and the connection was made! Thank you Jaqualine- perhaps you could train some of your colleagues!!
