The website said, 'out for delivery', for 4 days. The 5th day came and I got an update saying customer wasn't home. I never left the house all day, they never even tried to call me, and I never recieved an E-mail. They had all my personal information accessible to where they could've easily called. Now, I have to deal with writing a report because they won't use a pickup point anywhere close to me. The fact that they couldn't call me, is all the information you need to know. Unbelievably unprofessional, and don't even try to use their 'customer Service'. I have hundreds of perfect orders and the first time I accepted this, It's a disaster. A 1.5 review is high for this company.
