Review Time
My package was picked up by BRT on January 5th and promptly lost. We filled out all the required forms with the correct information, but the BRT employee who picked it up messed it up — and the package was lost due to their own tracking failures. This was the biggest issue.
After a week, it was finally found — only to sit at their Portugal depot for over 10 days because of an allegedly incomplete address. Despite the correct address being provided to Eurosender (their partner) multiple times, BRT claims they never received it.
Not once did anyone from BRT contact me to resolve this. No call, no email, nothing. My phone number was provided. They had every opportunity to reach out and deliver my package. Instead, they're now shipping it back to origin with no expected arrival date and zero information.
I still don't have my package. I have no idea how long it will take. And it's fragile — who knows what condition it will arrive in after all this mess.
This package contains valuable items, including my working glasses which I need to do my job. I've been stressed for almost a month, and BRT couldn't be bothered to make a single phone call.
Absolute failure of a courier service. Avoid BRT at all costs.
If I could put zero I would. Purchased through ebay from a company in Italy and delivery was attempted the 24/12. No mail, no note, no email and no sms txt for new delivery time. 3days later and still no contact from them. Filling in their online customer forms dosnt work because being in Australia, we have only 4 digits for our postcode, that required field needs 5 digits to complete the form to send. So I can't even contact the company to find out where my package is thats worth hundreds of dollars. It wasn't until I checked their background of this scamming company that I saw their 1star in over 14,000 reviews that I knew I was in trouble. I have no idea why the sender used this mailing company. Hopefully Ebay covers the bill. Steer clear of this scamming comp, paying a bit extra some where else to make your customers get their mail is a small price to pay!

Two weeks ago, I received an email from the service stating that my delivery would arrive the next day. What a surprise (not!), as they failed to deliver, claiming "Address is incorrect"—a disappointing way to express "we didn't care enough to deliver." After reaching out to a representative, I was assured that my concerns were understood and would be addressed. My issue was escalated to another team member, who promised that my parcel would arrive this Monday, 22/12 (after already waiting two weeks). Unsurprisingly, the parcel did not arrive today either. I attempted to contact customer support, but it was chaotic. After a 20-minute wait, I received a loud response: "We are an Italian service, speak Italian here," before the call ended. The next representative didn’t respond at all, despite my efforts to communicate in Italian. I’m baffled by how this company continues to operate. Another question arises: Why do businesses still choose to partner with such a disorganized service?

This is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. After over a week of waiting, they keep delaying the delivery date. When I visited their depot, there was no customer service available. They only provide online support, which never addresses complaints. I requested to collect my order, but they keep insisting it will arrive today. I would never recommend this service; they lack professionalism.
This service is somehow much worse than other branches. It takes two to three times longer to deliver items from Italy to Germany than what other services take from China to Germany. Their delivery date estimates are completely unreliable.
This service is terrible; my parcel was sent back from Italy due to tax inquiries. When the recipient called, they were told it was a fraudulent email and that no payment was required. After that, there was no further communication, and when I tracked the parcel today, it was back in the UK. I'm extremely frustrated with this service.
