My package was picked up by BRT on January 5th and promptly lost. We filled out all the required forms with the correct information, but the BRT employee who picked it up messed it up — and the package was lost due to their own tracking failures. This was the biggest issue.
After a week, it was finally found — only to sit at their Portugal depot for over 10 days because of an allegedly incomplete address. Despite the correct address being provided to Eurosender (their partner) multiple times, BRT claims they never received it.
Not once did anyone from BRT contact me to resolve this. No call, no email, nothing. My phone number was provided. They had every opportunity to reach out and deliver my package. Instead, they're now shipping it back to origin with no expected arrival date and zero information.
I still don't have my package. I have no idea how long it will take. And it's fragile — who knows what condition it will arrive in after all this mess.
This package contains valuable items, including my working glasses which I need to do my job. I've been stressed for almost a month, and BRT couldn't be bothered to make a single phone call.
Absolute failure of a courier service. Avoid BRT at all costs.
