After comparing options during the Black Friday sales, I chose the oversized version from a certain seller, expecting a premium product for the premium price. I sent a photo of the dashboard as requested. The head unit arrived promptly, and I began the installation, confident from previous experience. I even reviewed the instructions beforehand. However, the instructions were poorly translated and difficult to follow. I had to disassemble parts from the old unit and integrate them into the new one, using videos from a different model for reference. Unfortunately, the oversized unit obstructs half of the AC controls, making it impossible to install both components together. The hazard switch requires a cradle and extension cable that were not included. Despite the seller's suggestion to modify the setup, it was not feasible due to design differences. I've sent numerous photos and emails for assistance, but the support team has not responded adequately. The unit has also faced connectivity issues, with Bluetooth failing to connect and the WiFi rebooting unexpectedly. Additionally, the microphone quality is poor. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and customer service. I do not wish to alter my vehicle or the unit to make it work. The advertised guarantees and support seem meaningless given my experience. I am now seeking a full refund.
