The experience was quite average. Shipping wasn't particularly fast. I received the product but didn't like it when I tried it on. The return process was straightforward, although I had to cover the return shipping, which was disappointing. Consequently, my refund was under $10. I suppose I'm used to faster service from larger platforms. It's frustrating to deal with extra fees; I wish those costs were included in the product price. I was charged on 12/12, and as of 01/09, I finally got my refund. They are not the quickest, but I guess that's typical for a smaller company.
