The experience was quite average. Shipping wasn't particularly fast. I received the product but didn't like it when I tried it on. I ordered a necklace for my wife on Dec 8, and it's still marked as 'lost in transit' because the company uses a shipping service without proper contact information. They keep giving us misleading updates on the shipment, and as of Dec 22, we have no idea if we'll ever receive it. Their website initially stated it would arrive by Dec 26, but now it's delayed. This feels very untrustworthy, and they don't seem to care about customer inquiries.

One response promised contact within 24-48 hours, which never happened. I wouldn't recommend this company if you value your money. It's best to steer clear!

While the representative was kind and offered me a 20% discount on something else, I hesitate to buy anything more from them due to the low quality. Now they claim it's lost in transit and want me to verify my address to resend it. I paid $136.47 on the day of ordering and feel like I've been scammed.

I am really let down! This is my second purchase, and once again, the product did not meet expectations. The necklace arrived broken! I will be reaching out to the seller directly. The concept is great, and the jewelry is beautiful, but the quality is seriously lacking!
I'm quite let down with the Pause necklace I recently received. I loved the design and ordered it to replace a necklace I lost during travel. Unfortunately, the quality is nowhere near what I had before. The chain is very thin, and the pendant looks cheap. Overall, this piece does not meet acceptable standards.
