I ordered a ring for my sister's birthday, and although tracking indicates it was delivered, she never received it. When I sought assistance from the company, they placed the onus on me to resolve the issue. Given that they managed the shipping, I expected more initiative in tracking the missing package. I'm quite disappointed. UPDATE: They eventually helped me and resent the item, prompting me to change my rating from 1 star to 3.
