I'm quite let down with the Pause necklace I recently received. I loved the design and ordered it to replace a necklace I lost during travel. Unfortunately, the quality is nowhere near what I had before. The chain is very thin, and the pendant looks cheap. Overall, this piece does not meet acceptable standards. It seems the seller has compromised on quality. I won't be purchasing again.
