This has been an absolutely unacceptable experience.
I placed my first order at the beginning of December, and the shipment got stuck with no updates. I decided to give the company another chance and placed a second order - and the exact same issue happened again. Two orders, same problem.
The tracking has not been updated for weeks, and there is no clear information about where the package is. On top of that, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. Being ignored as a paying customer is beyond unprofessional.
After two failed shipments and zero communication, I have completely lost trust in this company. This level of service is unacceptable, and I STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Extremely disappointing.
