Review Time
This has been an absolutely unacceptable experience.
I placed my first order at the beginning of December, and the shipment got stuck with no updates. I decided to give the company another chance and placed a second order - and the exact same issue happened again. Two orders, same problem.
The tracking has not been updated for weeks, and there is no clear information about where the package is. On top of that, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. Being ignored as a paying customer is beyond unprofessional.
After two failed shipments and zero communication, I have completely lost trust in this company. This level of service is unacceptable, and I STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Extremely disappointing.
Asked if they shipped from the EU
They replied if I was satisfied with their response
Had to reply back that I hadn't received a response
Then replied back that they would if I ordered from the website from the EU
This meant that the pink version was sold out in the meantime
Waited to see if it came back in stock - no
Didn't dare wait to order the other 2 colors
WOW - it's a mess
I placed an order for the calendar at the start of December, but it seems to have been lost in transit. I followed up at the end of December and was told that the package couldn't be declared lost until mid-January. When it still hadn't arrived by then, I reached out again and asked for a replacement. Unfortunately, the calendar was out of stock, so I received a prompt refund. They certainly handle inquiries very efficiently.
I reached out to the customer service regarding some missing items in my order. The representative was very helpful and guided me through the process of getting those items sent to me. They explained each step clearly while maintaining a friendly demeanor and professionalism. Thank you for your excellent support!
I received exceptional support from the team! I placed an order for a hoodie, and while the payment was processed, I didn't get a confirmation email and forgot the reference number.
